This is an adjustable height sit to stand computer workstation that sits on your existing desk and is designed to hold your keyboard and mouse on the work surface and
(1) VESA 75 x 75mm or 100 x 100mm mount to hold your monitor. The monitor mount is fully adjustable including pan, tilt and portrait to landscape. This desktop sit to stand desk allows you to alternate between sitting and standing throughout your work day. The work surface adjusts vertically along the15" track in a matter of seconds with the assistance of gas nitrogen springs and the the Vesa monitor bracket is separately adjustable an additional 6.5" for maximum ergonomic benefit.
