To raise and lower the desktop, the 2 pins on the base are pulled out. This is best done with two people. For this reason, the manual desk is recommended for a single user or multiple users of similar height.
The treadmill
has two helpful features: IntelliGuard automatically pauses the belt
after your foot is off the treadmill for 20 seconds and Intelli-Step
accurately records & counts the number of steps you take (with
greater accuracy than a pedometer) & displays them on the console.
