	Active Lumbar Support The high quality two-piece backrest construction features an independent lumbar section which is able to move freely from the upper backrest support resulting in tremendous lumbar support through a wide range of motion.
	Mechanism Tilt Tension & Seat Height Adjuster This clever controller on the right side of the chair combines the synchro mechanism tilt tension along with the seat height adjustment.
	Multi-Position Lock & Seat Depth Adjuster This clever controller on the left side of the seat combines the lock/unlock synchro mechanism tilt function along with the seat depth adjustment. The chair can be locked in one of four usage positions or left in free-float mode to support the user through the entire tilt range.
	Armrest Height & 3 Way Pad Adjustment 10 armrest height settings in .5" increments available via the internal ratchet system. 4.5" of total adjustment range to suit an exceptionally large range of users.
	Armrest Depth, Width & Pivot Adjustment Armrest pad can slide forward and/or rearward a total of 2" and can slide left and right a total of .5". Armrest pad also able to angle inward, outward or in line making the perfect user armrest position always possible.
